One hundred and twenty folk assembled in the lower parking lot of the Silver Spring Middle School on Wayne Ave. Sunday, April 21 to participate in the Friends of Sligo Creek clean - up day.  The weather was warm and the day was brilliant as the company of “friends” worked the creek in both directions from the Wayne Ave starting point.
