"Discover the Taste of Silver Spring" offers good eats — and new connections

On Thursday, October 26, the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce held its second annual "Discover the Taste of Silver Spring," a twist on the chamber's frequent networking events. Area restauranteurs and shop owners brought their specialties to the Discovery Communications building in downtown Silver Spring. Chamber members in attendance sampled pizza, crabcakes, spring rolls, ceviche, plantains, sushi, and ice cream while meeting other local business owners.
