"Haciendo exercicio, comiendo bien, curando a mis hijos. Ahora estoy feliz— estoy sujetando mi hija."
←Doris Benavides (with Alondra):
"I exercise, I eat well, I take care of my children. Now I'm happy— I'm holding my little girl."
Debbie Groberg: "I go to a lot of yoga and exercise now that I'm retired. No one in my whole life picked me for a team. I was never athletic, but I turned out to be good at yoga. I started when I was 65."
Bill Weinstein: "I try to eat the right foods. I try to keep as active as I can -- dancing, swimming, walking. I try to keep up with the news and read as much as I can."
Selma Weinstein: "We're interested and we participate in as many activities as we can. We like dancing, theater, music, and socializing with our friends and family."
↓Lori Childs [pregnant with her 4th child]: "Stop having kids? Sometimes I think I'm going to check into an insane asylum. Being a mother, you're meeting everyone's needs 24/7, so you have to keep yourself included in the 'everyone'.
And every once in a while you just have to eat a Whoopee Pie (chocolate cake with a cream-filled center). Wicked Whoopees from Maine are just phenomenal. You've got to hide them from the kids.
The final thing is— laugh a lot!"
↑ Clara Kelly: "I eat healthy food and I do ballet and exercise. I play soccer and run around with my friends."
William Ward: "Just walking. [William is a mail carrier]. I just got out of the Marines in October 2004, so I'm still in condition from that. And eating well."
←Graham Taglang: "Bad question for me.
I try to eat 3 vegetables or fruits a day— pretty basic answers here. I play racquetball, and I ski, and when I get around to it, I go to the gym. But I eat a lot of junk. I need to work on that."
Matt Felperin: "I usually try to maintain how much sugar I eat. I don't really go on diets, but I watch my sugar levels. The most important thing, I think, is getting good exercise. I usually like playing basketball, riding my bike, playing with friends. It's fun and it's good for you."
